Unscripted Diaries is a wedding photography, videography, and filmmaking brand based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, operated as a sole proprietorship and offering photography, videography, and related creative services for weddings and events. “Unscripted Diaries” is a registered trademark of the proprietor. In these Terms, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the operator of the business, and “you” and “your” refer to the visitor or user of the Website.

Photographs, video, and portfolio content

The photographs, video footage, and films displayed on the Website are © Unscripted Diaries. They are shared with our clients under our standard booking contract for personal, private purposes, and are made publicly viewable on the Website for portfolio and marketing purposes only.

You acknowledge and agree that you may not:

  • Copy, download, save, screenshot, redistribute, or republish any photographs, video clips, or films from the Website for any purpose other than personal viewing in your browser.
  • Use any photographs, video footage, or films for commercial, editorial, or promotional purposes — including but not limited to your own marketing, advertising, social-media accounts, blogs, or websites.
  • Use any photographs, video footage, or films to train, fine-tune, evaluate, or develop machine-learning models or generative artificial-intelligence systems.
  • Remove or alter any watermark, signature, copyright notice, or attribution on or accompanying our content.

If you are a former client whose review is displayed on the Website and you would like it amended or removed, please contact us at the address below.

Notice of intellectual-property infringement

We respect the intellectual-property rights of others and ask that you do the same. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to your use of the Website is limited to the greater of one thousand Indian rupees (INR 1,000) or the minimum amount required by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Indemnification

Assignment

We may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, in connection with a sale, merger, restructuring, or other transfer of our business or its assets, or to any affiliate or successor.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any written booking contract you sign with us, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Website. They supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, or understandings, whether oral or written, regarding the Website.
